Your responsibilities:
- Participation in design and project planning
- Tender management
- Coordination of external contractors
- Construction supervision
- Cost control and preparation billing
Your profile:
- Degree in civil engineering, architecture or a completed apprenticeship as a construction technician or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience desirable
- Friendly and confident demeanor
- Very good teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to travel
- Passion for real estate
