Uni Apart simplifies the process of signing rental agreements by using Yousign, a European solution for electronic signatures. The entire process is legally compliant, can be completed on mobile devices, and takes around 10 minutes to complete.
Since the winter semester of 2024, tenants have been able to sign their rental agreements with Uni Apart completely digitally. Uni Apart relies on Yousign — an established European provider of electronic signatures — to make the signing process secure, fast and user-friendly. Digital processing makes signing completely stress-free, from anywhere, and rounds off the rental process in a modern way.

Since September 2025, we have welcomed a new face to our team: Ella Gashi has started her training as a real estate agent with us – and we are delighted to have her on board!

As another year draws to a close, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your trust and excellent cooperation. We are grateful that you have shaped this year together with us and look forward to accompanying you again in the coming year.

At Uni Apart, we now conclude rental agreements fully digitally, making the process significantly easier and more convenient than the traditional way.
