Architecture can connect many things, even people. Through the clever interplay of surfaces and spaces, the Green House® invites people to meet and thus strengthens the sense of community. Even when building the house, it was important to us to bridge and connect supposed ecological and economic opposites. Some call this communal togetherness. We call it co-living.

A step towards climate neutrality.
It is not only in operation that the green house® earns its name. During construction, we use rapidly renewable raw materials as the basis for good thermal and sound insulation. The high degree of prefabrication of the entire facade elements guarantees a high quality of workmanship while reducing CO2 emissions. Thus, the chic wood hybrid construction helps to save around 70 tons of CO2 per year.
The roof surfaces are also being put to good use. With a large photovoltaic system with storage capability, we generate a considerable portion of the electricity required in the system ourselves, as needed. This measure also makes a significant contribution to climate protection.
Whether tenants, owners or tradesmen - the generous space available enables the various user groups to come into contact with each other and create a livable space together. The green HausR is therefore a concept that is literally ready for all situations in life. Today and in the future.

Sought and found. It was and is the result of the extraordinarily good cooperation between Uni Apart and us architects, which led to the groundbreaking project of the green house at the Allgäuer Ring in Neu-Ulm, the new gateway to the city.
The trusting cooperation with Uni Apart and the people who characterize this innovative yet down-to-earth company, which has existed from the beginning and is constantly growing, allowed this outstanding, aesthetic and ecologically sophisticated building ensemble to come into being.
The respectful and goal-oriented interaction with each other was as it should be as one can only wish for.
