Your Responsibilities:
- General support of the "Technical Property Management" team.
- Execution of minor repairs in the apartments.
- Inventory management.
- Technical inspection of central systems on-site.
- Disposal of replacement parts.
Your Profile:
- Manual dexterity and safe handling of tools and machinery required.
- High dedication and flexibility.
- Optional prior knowledge in the areas of heating, plumbing, or electrical work desired.
- Responsible and independent working attitude.
- Driver's license Class B.
