Property Manager - Letting & Administration (m/f/d) full-time (38 h/week)

Your Responsibilities:

• You will independently and proactively manage a part of the Uni Apart administration portfolio assigned to you only
• You organise the letting activities together with your colleagues in the buildings and implement them, sometimes also on site
• You look after your tenants and owners in a friendly and service-orientated manner
• You prepare the accounts of the building communities according to WEG, as well as the rental pool companies
• You organise and attend our annual owners' meetings
• You are the interface in the administration centre between colleagues in the building, internal departments and external service providers

• You have the passion, curiosity and motivation to actively help shape a future-oriented area in the property sector
• Your understanding of the importance of teamwork is reflected in your dedication and commitment
• You are a talented communicator with a friendly and professional demeanour
• You work independently and enjoy developing effective strategies to complete tasks efficiently while ensuring that all targets are met on time
• Your German and English is very good
• You have good user skills in MS Office programs and a willingness to participate in digitalisation processes
• You have successfully completed training in the commercial sector or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have professional experience in the property sector (not a prerequisite - career changers are also welcome)
