Your responsibilities:
- Support with design and implementation planning
- Collaboration on the preparation of tenders, evaluations and contract awards
- Coordination and consultation with architects, engineers and specialist companies
- Support and supervision of construction work and acceptance of completed work
- Continuous cost and schedule monitoring
- Preparation of invoices as part of project controlling

Your profile:
- Completed degree in civil engineering (bachelor's)
- Or: Completed training as a construction technician or comparable qualification with at least 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Friendly manner and good team and communication skills
- Commitment, flexibility and willingness to travel (for projects in Bavaria)
- Passion for real estate and modern living concepts
- EDV skills required
