We are an IHK education organisation
______________________
As Uni Apart, we are proud to be a recognised training company of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK). This role emphasises our commitment to promoting young talent and securing qualified specialists for the future.
The role of the IHK in education
______________________
The IHK is a central partner for companies in Germany, particularly in the area of vocational training. It ensures the quality and uniformity of dual training by drawing up training regulations, organising examinations and advising companies and trainees. As a member of the IHK, we benefit from this comprehensive support network, which helps us to continuously improve our training programmes.
Why we educate: Our motivation
________________________
The decision to be a training company is based on several strategic and social considerations:
> Securing skilled labour:
By training our own talent, we secure our long-term need for qualified employees who are familiar with our corporate values and processes.
> Strengthening our corporate culture:
Apprentices who start with us grow into our corporate culture and actively contribute to its further development.
> Social responsibility:
We see it as our duty to offer young people high-quality training and make it easier for them to start their careers.
Our education philosophy
________________________
As an IHK training company, we at Uni Apart pursue a modern training philosophy based on three central pillars: Authenticity, individual support and teamwork. Our aim is not only to impart technical knowledge to young people, but also to support them in their personal development and give them a realistic insight into our corporate culture.
> Authenticity: insights into everyday working life
We attach great importance to offering our trainees a transparent and honest insight into everyday working life. By involving our current trainees in company processes and various departments, we provide realistic impressions and strengthen their knowledge.
> Individual support: focus on personal development
In addition to professional training, Uni Apart focuses on the personal development of each individual. We recognise the unique talents and interests of our trainees and support them in achieving their personal and professional goals. Through regular feedback meetings, mentoring programmes and the opportunity to realise their own projects, we create an environment in which our trainees can develop and grow.
> Social responsibility
We see it as our duty to offer young people high-quality training and make it easier for them to start their careers.

Education to become a property
real estate agent
________________________
At Uni Apart, we train recognised real estate agents (m/f/d) - as an official training company of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK). But what exactly makes this profession so special?
> Versatile tasks
A wide range of tasks await our trainees. From brokering, selling and letting residential and commercial properties to calculating prices, rents and yields. Planning and monitoring operating costs and ancillary costs are also an important part of the training programme.
> Legal responsibility
There are also a number of legal aspects to consider and responsibilities to take on. This includes topics such as knowledge and application of tenancy, estate agent and condominium law as well as the preparation, review and conclusion of purchase and rental agreements.
> Market and property analyses
Knowing the property market and preparing analyses of construction projects is also part of the training. This involves assessing locations and determining the value of various properties with a view to the environment, future and mobility aspects, etc. This includes market research and observing current trends in the sector.
