Thank you for the excellent cooperation – our review of the year 2025

Now that the first month of 2026 is already behind us, we would like to take this opportunity to look back on an eventful and groundbreaking year in 2025 and at the same time look ahead to the coming year 2026. We would like to thank you very much for your trust and partnership, which has contributed significantly to the success of our joint projects.

1. The year 2025 – A year full of opportunities

For Uni Apart, 2025 was marked by important developments, successes and milestones, but it also brought challenges that we consciously accepted as a company. At the beginning of the year in particular, several personnel changes led to organisational and technical adjustments. This phase demanded a high degree of flexibility and commitment from our team. At the same time, it offered an opportunity to review and optimise internal processes. Looking back, we were able to successfully overcome this challenge and make our processes more efficient and future-proof. Today, we can look back on a motivated, high-performing team that has started 2026 with great enthusiasm.

2. Property owners' meetings

The owners' meetings in 2025 developed very positively. These were consistently constructive and provided valuable impetus for further cooperation and for the long-term management of the properties entrusted to us. We placed particular emphasis on transparent and reliable communication. The standards of service quality and commitment that we set for ourselves are very important to us, and we were able to successfully implement them.

3. Our new project is about to start

A significant milestone this year was the successful acquisition of building rights for our project on Albertus-Magnus-Straße in Ingolstadt, ‘Das grüne Haus® am Klinikum’ (The Green House® at the Hospital). With this innovative co-living concept, we are sending a clear signal for future-oriented and sustainable forms of living. As an Efficiency House 40 QNG Plus, the building is characterised by particularly high energy efficiency and reduces energy consumption to around 40 per cent of that of a comparable new building. In addition, the project offers investors attractive financial conditions, including special depreciation options.

This project also plays a central role in our ESG report. For Uni Apart, sustainability, energy efficiency and responsible business practices are not short-term trends, but integral parts of our corporate strategy. We will continue to expand this commitment in the future and integrate it measurably into our project development and reporting.

4. Outlook for 2026

Looking ahead to 2026, we will focus on the consistent further development of our projects, the continued digitalisation and optimisation of internal processes, and the continuous improvement of our service and communication quality. At the same time, we will further deepen our commitment to sustainability and document it transparently. Our goal remains to balance economic success with environmental and social responsibility.
