Project update from Ingolstadt: KZG residential development
One of our current projects in Ingolstadt, known as KZG, is now gaining momentum. A high-quality residential development comprising two detached houses and a three-family house is currently under construction here.
The Uni Apart Group is overseeing and implementing the project – with a clear focus on quality, functionality and long-term value retention.
The structural work on both detached houses is already complete. The structural work on the block of flats is currently underway.
The aim is to create contemporary living spaces that blend harmoniously into the existing built environment whilst meeting the requirements of modern living concepts. An efficient floor plan design, high-quality workmanship and structured project management play a central role in this.
As the lead project partner, we oversee the development from the construction phase right through to on-site quality assurance.
For us, this is yet another project in which we can apply our expertise in the development and implementation of sophisticated property projects. For us, creating living space means not just building, but developing value – for owners, residents and the Ingolstadt area.
