What sets apart the Uni Apart Group?
A question that each of our employees answers differently. Today we are proud to introduce you to one of our newest additions to the team, Birgit Seubert. We asked Birgit three questions that describe her, her work with us and her understanding of the spirit of the Uni Apart Group. We hope you enjoy reading them.
1. What is your area of responsibility, or in which department do you work at the Uni Apart Group?
As office manager, I am responsible for the organisation and management of day-to-day office life. This includes communication and correspondence with internal and external contacts, the administration and documentation of documents and supporting the management. I also support the administration and letting team.
2. What makes your role particularly interesting?
What makes the job of office manager particularly interesting for me is the combination of organisation, communication and leadership. I am not only responsible for smooth processes in the office, but also an important interface between administration, letting, technology and, of course, the tenants - and it is precisely this versatility that motivates me.
3. The slogan of the Uni Apart Group is Friends of the House
- what do you understand by this, and how do you embody this slogan in your work?
Uni Apart offers young people not just a place to live, but a temporary home - and it is precisely this combination of service and a feel-good atmosphere that I find exciting.
For me, “friends of the house” means that you don't feel like an anonymous guest, but like someone who is welcome - someone you enjoy working with and trust. It's about a personal, respectful and sincere relationship - be it with the team, tenants or partners. Because for me, this is the slogan ‘Friends of the House’ in action: creating a trusting, reliable and open atmosphere - professional and personal at the same time.
