What sets apart the Uni Apart Group?
A question that each of our employees answers for themselves, including Ms. Damaries Fugel. We are therefore proud to introduce Damaries Fugel to you today. As always, we asked Damaries three questions that describe her, her work with us and her understanding of the spirit of the Uni Apart Group. Enjoy reading.
1. What is your area of responsibility, or in which department do you work at the Uni Apart Group?
In my role in accounting, I am responsible for the systematic recording, documentation and evaluation of all the company's financial transactions. The aim is to ensure a transparent and precise presentation of the financial situation - as a basis for sound business decisions and compliance with legal requirements.
2. What makes your role particularly interesting?
My area of responsibility includes the accounting management of rental properties - this is much more extensive than traditional bookkeeping. In addition to recording income and expenditure, I am the central interface between tenants, owners, tradesmen and the tax office. The aim is to provide smooth, transparent and structured bookkeeping that meets both legal requirements and individual needs.
3. The slogan of the Uni Apart Group is Friends of the House
- what do you understand by this, and how do you embody this slogan in your work?
For me, the Uni Apart Group's slogan “Friends of the House” symbolizes a corporate culture in which both tenants and employees are treated as valued partners at eye level. It is about creating an atmosphere of trust, appreciation and personal closeness.
I live this idea in my everyday life by always treating customers and colleagues with friendliness, openness and helpfulness. I listen attentively, respond to concerns in a solution-oriented manner and thus actively contribute to positive interaction. My aim is for everyone - whether tenant or team member - to feel welcome, understood and part of a strong community. Because: “There is strength in unity”.
