What sets apart the Uni Apart Group?
A question that each of our employees answers differently. Today we are proud to introduce you to one of our newest additions to the team, Natalie Kuchelmeister. We asked Natalie three questions that describe her, her work with us and her understanding of the spirit of the Uni Apart Group. We hope you enjoy reading them.
1. What is your area of responsibility, or in which department do you work at the Uni Apart Group?
As property manager for the UniApart building – "das grüne Haus® am Ring" in Steubenstraße in Neu-Ulm. My responsibilities include the independent organisation, management and handling of all rental and administrative tasks, including WEG administration.
2. What makes your role particularly interesting?
My job is particularly interesting because it is incredibly varied and brings new challenges every day. I find the demanding rental phase at the beginning of the semester particularly exciting: during this time, many processes run parallel – from viewings to apartment inspections to move-ins – and all of this has to be coordinated and managed in addition to the normal day-to-day administrative tasks. It is precisely this dynamic that makes my job so appealing. What I enjoy most is when I have found the right flat for new residents and they can get off to a good start in their new phase of life – that's when I know I've done my job.
3. The slogan of the Uni Apart Group is Friends of the House
- what do you understand by this, and how do you embody this slogan in your work?
For me, ‘Friends of the House’ means putting people first – not just renting out or managing flats, but making our residents feel truly welcome. It's about being more than just administrators – we are contact persons and supporters, and yes, sometimes even a kind of ‘friend’.
