What actually makes a company? For us, quite clearly: the team!
That's exactly why we're introducing one of our long-time employees Patricia to you today. We asked Patricia three questions that describe you, your work and the spirit of the Uni Apart Group. Enjoy reading.
1. What is your area of responsibility, or rather in which department do you work at Uni Apart Group?
I have been working as a commercial project manager at Uni Apart for almost 7 years and I am involved in the development and creation of new projects/properties. I am involved from the purchase, through the planning, the first excavation of the earth and monitoring of the construction to the handover to the administration. I check the feasibility of each construction project as well as the examination of offers and finances during the construction process. At the end, together with my colleagues and the construction company, I carry out the acceptance and am involved in defect management.
2. What makes your job particularly interesting?
The diversity - because every building project is different and special. Be it special challenges regarding the conditions of the property to be built on or in the planning. Through on-site appointments at the respective construction projects, there is a variety between office and off-site appointments. Due to the fact that the properties are usually handed over to the Uni Apart administration, our own demands on us as a project management team are particularly high. The houses have to "work" well for our future residents and have to be completed properly.
3. The slogan of the Uni Apart Group is "Friends of the House" - what do you understand by this and how do you implement this slogan in your work?
Due to the fact that I am already involved in the creation phase of a new house and we want to build it in the best possible way, the slogan is in use every day. You think about every project intensively and anew, so that at the end you know everything about it. Just like a good friend.
