Limited availability due to system implementation and digitisation
As part of our ongoing digitisation efforts, our company will be introducing a new system in the coming days. The aim is to make internal processes more efficient, optimise workflows and improve our service to you, our customers, in the long term.
For this reason, availability will be limited from 3 March to 5 March inclusive and from 9 March to 13 March. During these phases, the entire team will be focusing intensively on the implementation and technical setup of the new system.
During the transition period, there may be delays in responding to telephone or email enquiries. Urgent matters will continue to be dealt with, but response times may differ from those during normal operations.
With the introduction of the new system, we are making a targeted investment in the future viability and quality of our services. The digitalisation of central processes creates the basis for faster workflows, improved transparency and even more efficient support.
From 16 March, the team will be available as usual.
